Consume Psyllium at least 1 hour before or 2-4 hours after taking your meal or other medications.

Working Period of Psyllium Husk is generally slow. Sometimes it may take a few days(11-70 hrs) after your intake. Do not take Psyllium for longer than seven days in a row. Psyllium usually produces a bowel movement with 12-72 hours. Always remember that consuming a laxative very often or for too long may cause serious medical issues with your intestines.
